Correct Posture – A Necessity

In this modern era, the world is moving so fast that we are ignoring some of the basic and most important things which are the part of our lives. One such basic thing which is really important for our health is our body posture, which must be accurate otherwise the chances of many health problems increases to a great extent.


Posture is basically a body position, which has to be kept correct. Posture may be static or dynamic like sitting, standing, lying, walking, running, reading etc. And the correct posture is something above all these, as we all do these activities daily but is we doing it correctly is the question which arises here?


There are many causes of a bad posture which main includes, some disease, an accident, wrong postural habits, improper treatment, age factor, bad shoes or clothing, and physiological stress are some of the main reasons for a bad posture. And because of these problems a person affects its personality and health both.


Advantages of correct posture are that a person having a good posture looks attractive, has a better health status, have less strain and pain over joints, a perfect body balance and the chances of physical deformities gets reduced to a very high extent. Also a person who has a good posture is well accepted by the society and that is the reason that a person with correct posture has a better social status than a person not having a good posture.


So, all in all a person must have a correct and good posture to lead a healthy and happy life.
